Aged in oak barrels. Nose of sweet and spicy flavors with aromas of caramelized banana, vanilla, cinnamon , and wintergreen. Oak is subtle, leaving a honey-sweet entry on the palate that moves quick to dry rye grain, chili flake, and black pepper.
