Tapatio Tequila has been a cult favorite in Mexico for more than 80 years. Charbay is the exclusive importer of this highly revered, limited production tequila, made with 100% Estate grown blue agave from the highlands of Jalisco.
To make our Blanco, Agave Pina’s are harvested by Jimadores, slowly baked for 4 days, then crushed to extract the Mosto. Fermented by an 80-year old yeast culture, double-distilled in Tequilano Pot Stills, aged 6 months in stainless steel.
