Stellum Bourbon

From Barrell Craft Spiris, Stellum Bourbon is a blend of three Indiana Bourbon mash bills, two of which are high-rye and one almost exclusively corn. Older barrels from KY & TN are folded in slowly through a multi-step blending process that adds layers of depth and complexity.
