Old Man Winter, an antiquated portrayal of the Winter Season and its effects our chilly winters have on barrel aging.  Carmelized flavors that frosty cold barrels push into the whiskey when they contract give our winter whiskey that big, warm hug we love from an aged, and rich bourbon.
