The berry of the Pimenta dioica tree, called pimento in the islands, aka allspice, combines the flavors of clove, cinnamon and a hint of nutmeg in one spice. Blended with Worthy Park Estate pot still rum and raw sugar, this Pimento Dram adds a unique depth of flavor to cocktails, or enjoy it on the rocks. 30% ABV.
